What Will You Be Doing? 
Are you intuitive, determined & a problem solver with a strong eye for details?
Being an Accountant with us is a dynamic position - it not just about the numbers! It requires an intuitive grasp and special understanding of your Client, building trust with them, and providing support for all their accounting needs. We need someone who is thorough, independent & detail orientated.

What does it involve? A two month training period with special projects. Then after, you would manage the Clients independently. It would involve periodic meetings with Clients, managing QuickBooks accounts, formulating special reports and certain coordination with specific Team Members. 

What types of special projects? We work with our clients to empower them to become more positively acquainted with their financials so they can make decisions to strengthen their Non-Profit.

Important Points & REQUIREMENTS
1) Must be CPA or ACCA Certified.

2) As this is a work from home position / remote position - having a personal laptop with solid internet access is required.

3) Hours are flexible, you can build your own schedule. Work is project and workflow based. However, it is important that there must be active communication implemented.

4) At least one full year of accounting / bookkeeping experience is a requirement. We hire on talent & passion!

5) WhatsApp is a required platform. This is an important company communication platform that is utilized. You can have it on your desktop (if you have a kosher phone), however having it on your phone is preferable.
