ONBOARDING PROCESS

Our goal is to provide a smooth transition to whichever packages you choose to incorporate.

One package at a time. We generally recommend starting with Sites as your website is your "front lines", then moving forward with CRM, Communicator etc. At your pace.

OUR PROJECT MANAGERS

Our Project Managers gain certification with our own specially developed in-house PM Courses with a focus in Non-Profits, Strategic Communication, Management, CRM, Workflows & more!

They themselves are Kollel wives and they understand the mesiras nefesh it takes to make a difference.

DYNAMIC WORKFLOWS

We provide an Operations Workflow Layout which is a strategic breakdown of developed management systems which were formulated with the bigger picture overall of the various platforms and packages utilized -along with recommended Non-Profit policies and standards of best practices. These are then tailored to you according to your center's vision, target audiences & programs.

We team together with Shluchim in building a firm foundation in their workflow operations, in each "department" - providing effective strategies and designing scalable solutions. Our focus is to develop an independent structure and rythym, thereby enabling you to focus on the bigger picture in growth & development.

EASE OF COMMUNICATION

Communication is key. Our Project Managers coordinate across the A.O. Team, so contact is mainly through one avenue.

We initiate a WhatsApp Operations Management Portal. There in which a Project Manager is assigned to you. This is to enable the quick & easy communication & sharing of:
